But if the Portugal day is going on, that won't be an option. |

if my tournament finishes at a reasonable hour, i will try to head up there to meet some of you guys
i attended the downpour against the quakes last saturday, was a goal fest. and since no one was there i promptly walked over directly to mid field and had some of the best seats in the house. i love that arena.
i was hating on henry majorly but when he sprinted to steal that ball in the opposing 3rd and assisted rodgers in the second goal in one foul swoop, he earned some respect. not to mention his late header goal. the team as a whole put constant pressure up to the attacking third. it was very interesting to watch.

we were there too! We got soaked to and from the stadium though.
Our tickets this year are in section 129; luckly the wind blows in the other direction, so we were dry in the stadium.
Couldn't believe how many goals Henry missed; I knew it would take a extra ordinary goal to break the drought.

Couldn't believe how many goals Henry missed; I knew it would take a extra ordinary goal to break the drought. dude, i was drenched. we parked in that parking garage near the train station. The walk from the garage to the arena was insane. the winds were kicking up like crazy and the umbrella was utterly useless(which i found quite interesting, red bull arena is one of the few stadiums that allows umbrellas to be brought in). it kept inverting itself and the rain was coming in sideways. everyone was laughing getting in there. but once we were inside, not 1 drop of water thanks to that roof. i was on the upper level right in the middle, i think it was section 250. I already go to a handful of games per season, im seriously considering getting season tickets for next year. wasnt worth it when it was at giants stadium, but now i have my ironbound playground just a short walk away for pre and post game fun. love that stadium. they just need to get that damn parking lot paved already! why are there backhoes sitting on that lot for almost 2 years but nothing is happening! there needs to be tailgating and parking lot juggling |

The Red Bulls moved the game to Friday June 10th at 8:30PM. So far it looks like Pila and I are still down for the game.
If we can get a roll call, I have a code for 50% off tickets.
Pila, are you bringing your fam?

ah, thats killer. little trickier making it out there on Fridays. I'm going to see if I can make it there in time.
In all honesty as we've said before, don't buy anything above the absolute cheapest ticket. there are loads of open seats that you are free to wander about and claim and security doesn't care. I think next season I am getting the $320 season ticket package and then proceed to sit wherever I please for all 17 homes games.
