i usually can find street parking behind iberia...but if this festival is going down it might be tricky. I was under the impression the real deal goes down on saturday and the friday night wasn't as crazy, but I guess I am wrong if they were out in full force last night.
I should be getting into newark by 6 so that should be enough time to circle around and find something.
off topic- if you are driving on the parkway near the driscoll bridge, wear your seatbelt. Me and 2 other employees (and 2 other cars i saw also pulled over near me before hte bridge) all got pulled over "not wearing a seatbelt"
he let me off, but still infuriating. A woman had cut me off right when I passed the cop who was in between the north and southbound lanes. For once in my life i thought "finally, someone was being an asshole on the road and a cop was here to see it, and he's bombing up to get him!" nope, he was bombing up to get me, and upon mentioning it he even said he saw that but thats not what he was pulling me over for. protect and serve my ass. proves they really care more about making money than keeping people safe. how he saw me without a seatbelt on from three lanes over while i passed him at 80 mph is beyond me
