First minute in, Ronaldo comes back to help defend which he rarely does.

This Cyprus team does attack quickly although they won't be able to stay in the game if they expend this much energy so early on.

Anti-soccer from Cyprus, reminds me of Greece Euro 2004.

She looked awful, but in the end she had big tits.

Denmark beating Norway is good news for Portugal.

We're down by a goal to Denmark.
Same old story, we lose Coentrao and Pepe, Eliseu and Rolando are below par replacements. This proves once again that we do not have the depth of some of the larger countries.
Eliseu, Carlos Martins and Joao Pereira are not AA material.

he might've been a jerk, but Carvalho is sorely missed.

Unless Holland throws us a bone and ties Sweden in the next 5 minutes, then we're looking at a playoff against either:
Turkey Czech Republic Montenegro Ireland/Estonia/Bosnia

Montenegro or Estonia please. Turkey looks really good at the moment, Czech Republic is beatable but strong and Ireland is very tricky. Why oh why must we do this to ourselves. Look at the positive side: the best 45 minutes man in Portugal Carlos Martins has proven that he does not have the stamina to last 45 minutes anymore unfortunately. Miguel Veloso is useless to me, Joao Pereira has the skill but lacks the speed, height and strength we need at the back. Eliseu was our worst player.

Didn't see the game due to work, but the result is enraging. 13
As an aside: I've watched Bosingwa play OK in his return to action in the EPL and Miguel do a great job marking David Villa a few weeks ago in La Liga. Did they retire from the team? Have they made it a point to insult every manager for the Seleção?
I get that this isn't 2004; but in the two biggest games the team has played the last 14 months they have gone with subpar RBs. Bosingwa was hurt during the World Cup; but where was he yesterday?
And why is club hopping, chain smoking, gun totting Miguel still good enough for Valencia, but 3rd rate in comparison to Joao Perriera or Ricardo Costa?

Miguel is a quitter - he retired after the last world cup I think.
Bosingwa reportedly bitched and moaned when he didn't start against Argentina back in February. Of course, PB doesn't take too kindly to that sort of thing and Bosingwa hasn't been called up since. Now, it could just be a coincidence since Bosingwa has been hurt for most of that time and PB has never said he wouldn't call him. We'll see next month, I guess.
Draw was this morning and we get a rematch against Bosnia. The thoughts of Rolando marking Dzeko is giving me an ulcer. I'm preparing myself for the worst.

Now Bosingwa.
I don't have much sympathy for players that abandon the nt so easily, but Bento does certainly seem to have a knack for alienating players.

Yep. Ugolin is a cock. I gave Ugolin the benefit of the doubt but I take it back.
I am waiting for Ugolin's third strike, anyone want to wager who the fecker will alienate next?

Besides being a quitter, Bosingwa has looked cooked at Chelsea this year.
