Typical...after being up 4-0,the final score was 4-3.

Great 75 minutes! Then they tried to make a fiasco out of it. Incredible!
But what a game from Carlos Martins and Fabio Coentrão, though. Thankfully they didn't shit the bed enough to overshadow an an otherwise excellent first 75 minutes.

Haven't seen it yet, but I think it's one of the 24 UEFA CL games on the DVR's to-do schedule.
So 4 points from the last two games gets them through? Someone please spoonfeed me this critical data!

Finally caught the replay last night. Despite the big buyout clause, I doubt Coentrao will be here beyond this year. He's making too good an impression in big (read: widely viewed outside Portugal) games. Kid's a player.
The sloppy defending definitely is a concern and the goal differential may be the difference with two games left. I couldn't see, but it looked like Martins was lazy coming back on the 1st goal, and they were asleep at the switch at the back post on the 2nd. Roberto's miss would have been another frango two months ago, but I think he's earned a pass given his recent play.
Hopefully a tie and a win against the Israelis will get it done.
Forca Benfica!
